My wife and I met Marie Hebson at the Edmonton Home and Garden show in 2011 and were quite taken by the quality of her work as exhibited in her album of client home pictures. After a 'get-to-know-you' meeting in our kitchen, we decided to hire Marie to work with us undertaking a major renovation of the main floor of our house (~1,300 sq ft). As we are both "DIY'ers" we were concerned that she might not want us taking on as much of the physical renovations as we proposed but rather that she might be recommending many of her sub-trades. As it turned out, she encouraged us to "go for it" and worked closely with us consulting on many facets of the renovation that might not otherwise have been part of her contract. We were very pleased with her design and decorating ideas, her comments (even the constructive criticisms) and her trade and industry connections. Moreover, she was available almost 24 hours a day (we don't think that she sleeps), most accommodating with our myriad of questions and very responsive to our problems. The end result has been an amazing transformation of our 25 year old home that has resulted in no end of praise and compliments from all who have viewed it. Without hesitation, we would recommend Marie Hebson, her ideas and work! The results speak for themselves.
